What we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

We collect personal information you submit through forms on this site. Depending on the form, that includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message or assessment answers you provide.
We also use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and collects only anonymous, aggregate data such as page views and referring sites. It does not collect personal information or track visitors across websites.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, deliver assessment results, and send you Field Notes and related updates if you requested them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your personal information.

To see what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop receiving emails from us, email hello@higherpeak.co. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not require anything beyond enough detail to identify your records.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond, and this site does not respond to those signals. Our analytics do not track you across websites regardless of the setting.
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
